Other organs are necessary   for the voyage throught this century.Be for example :the world body for nuclear control.The first conference for peace in the artic.As well as the entente for cooperation in the artic.

It would be wonderful  , if the free world knew how to see in the present,a historic opportunity for peace.Thus,the classic said:keep drinking the wine that has delighted you all your life.What do you care if I drink watter ?.Perhaps Europe should see the dawn of a new world order.Then to the Russian seat in the concert of nations ,surely one would have to be added for Europe,and every time one for Europe it must explicity include Ukraine...Of course !,we must be aware of what the real politikes means.
